Pancake Day with Josh Davies



To mark Shrove Tuesday scrum-half Josh Davies shared his recipe for healthy protein pancakes and shows you how to cook them in no time.

It is a simple recipe that uses oats, eggs, banana and blueberries and is the sort of meal that Josh and his Ealing Trailfinders use as a pre-match or pre-training meal. 

All you need is a blender, scales and frying pan to dazzle your guests this Pancake Day.
